Important Things to Note: 

  1. While you currently have access to our policy management platform, InsuranceNow, takeout policies will not populate until 45 days prior to their renewal date. 

  2.  Any needed changes to a takeout policy between the assumption date and the renewal date must be conducted with Citizens.

  3. After the takeout policy renews, you will be able to service it within the confines of the Choice Product. For more information on these products, please see the manuals linked below.

  4. A limited agreement does not grant you authority to conduct voluntary business on behalf of American Integrity. You are not able to quote or bind in our system.

  5. If you have not already, please submit the 2024 version of the W9 form to AgencyManagement@aii.com.


Our Choice Policies

American Integrity modeled our Choice Policies based on Citizens' corresponding coverage. These policies are ineligible for any of our product endorsements, including our flood coverage.
